Company of Fools: Clybourne Park
February 21-25, February 28-March 4, March 7-10, 2018
Winner of the 2011 Pulitzer Prize and the 2012 Tony Award for Best Play, "Clybourne Park" explodes in two outrageous acts set fifty years apart. Act One takes place in 1959, as white community leaders anxiously try to stop the sale of a home to a black family. Act Two is set in the same house in the present day, as the now predominantly African-American neighborhood battles to hold its ground in the face of gentrification.
Family of Woman Film Festival
February 27-March 4, 2018
The Family of Woman Film Festival was founded in Sun Valley, Idaho, in 2008, by Friends of UNFPA Board Member, Peggy Elliott Goldwyn, to bring attention to the work of the United Nations Population Fund, which works in more than 150 countries to assure women and girls have access to reproductive health care, education and basic human rights. The Festival presents five feature documentaries and dramatic films each year from around the world that highlight the status of women in different societies. Learn more here »

Sun Valley Film Festival

Sun Valley, Idaho has been welcoming the film industry since Averell Harriman opened America's first ski resort in 1936. To celebrate the area’s Hollywood heritage and bring it into the 21st century, the inaugural Sun Valley Film Festival was launched in March 2012 and was an immediate success. Heading into its seventh year in 2018, March 14-18, the Sun Valley Film Festival continues to build on that success with over 60 films including world premieres, networking dinners, unique panels, passionate discussions and memorable parties. The Sun Valley Film Festival brings together over 3,500 festival goers for five unforgettable days where industry insiders and movie lovers alike gather to celebrate the art of filmmaking in a majestic setting.
Janss Pro-Am Classic

Held in memory of former Sun Valley Company owner Bill Janss, the Janss Pro-Am Classic* has long held the reputation as the “best party on snow.” Skiers and snowboarders of all abilities join forces with a celebrity pro to form a team of six; the squads go head-to-head in a dual giant slalom format on world-famous Bald Mountain. Prizes are awarded for Best Costume (first through third place), Fastest Pros, Fastest Amateurs, Fastest Team, Lee Gilman Most Inspirational, Best Crash, and Championship Team.
U.S. Alpine Championships

Cheer on the nation’s best skiers during the 2018 Toyota U.S. Alpine Championships at Sun Valley, March 19th – 26th. Don’t miss this celebration of mountain culture with ski races, après parties, and concerts at America’s first ski resort.
Sun Valley Wellness Festival
