What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM or would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance. Requests are subject to availability.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes. A 4% resort fee is applied to your nightly room rate and includes:
- Complimentary WiFi
- Downtown parking
- Seasonal cruiser bikes and snowshoe rentals
- Courtyard lawn games
How often is housekeeping provided?
Limited housekeeping service is provided every third day of your stay. Fresh towels, linens, trash removal, and additional amenities are available upon request. If you prefer to opt out of housekeeping, simply let the front desk know upon arrival.

When will my credit card be charged?
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Depending on the rate you reserve, your stay may be charged at the time of booking or when your cancellation period expires. An incidental authorization of $25 per stay will be placed on your card at check-in. Please contact the hotel if you have questions about your payment schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and dates booked. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact the hotel directly to verify your reservation's cancellation terms.
Is Tamarack Lodge pet friendly?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome. A fee of $25 plus tax per dog, per night applies, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Dogs may not be left unattended in guestrooms, and guests are required to sign a pet agreement upon arrival.
Do you offer corporate rates?

Is smoking allowed?
Tamarack Lodge is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside guestrooms or anywhere on hotel grounds.
Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?
Rollaway beds and cots are not available. Pack 'n Plays are available upon request in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
Is guest laundry available?
Yes. Coin-operated guest laundry facilities are available on-site.
Do you provide airport transportation?
Tamarack Lodge does not offer airport or resort shuttle service. Guests can use the complimentary Mountain Rides public transportation system to travel throughout Ketchum and Sun Valley. For airport transportation options, please visit our Travel & Transportation page.
