The Sun Valley Region

Ketchum is located in the Northern Rocky Mountain region of Central Idaho, home of the famed Sun Valley Resort, and a gateway town to the Sawtooth National Recreational area. The surrounding mountain ranges of the Pioneers, Boulder, White Clouds and Sawtooth mountains are all within an hours drive.
